Project description:
Remote work with the site on 1C-Bitrix (yaks does not work, you need to fix). There is a site on 1C-Bitrix, a new site was rolled out on the existing domain (an updated template), a programmer worked with the site, at the request of the CEO of the company, he made changes to the template bought on Bitrix's mercetplace called Bitronic2 Pro.
A little more than a month ago we updated the old site to the current new site (where it was configured by the SEO programmer and other directory and other requirements of SEO), immediately any visible reasons for the inoperability of the site was not noticed, but somewhere 2 weeks ago, I as a content manager ala admin site, decided to clean the cache of the site, and there were serious glitches, cleaned classically as always through the admin, through the cache.
What glitches were the first, there were two of them and they randomly alternated, first the site then closed itself for reconstruction, then fell off all third-party modules except Bitrix modules, and all this was so to speak treated by simple cleaning of the cache!! That is, the problem arose when I first cleaned the cache since the development of a new website design, and then errors went, and they were treated for a while also by cleaning the cache! They were treated literally for 15 minutes - 2 hours that is, after this time in different ways, the glitch with self-closure or self-falling modules was repeated. I asked the progammmist what was going on, he said that the problem in Bitrix, write to Bitrix, I wrote to Bitrix, they said that update Bitrix, then we will talk, I updated Bitrix, and the old problems are kind of gone, but there are new ones! Namely, Ajax flew off, post-navigation does not work, you can not add goods to the basket, etc. Everything about Ajax, as far as I can tell... Since Bitrixes haven’t responded for almost a week, yesterday I restored the backup of the site to an update, BUT the problem with Ajax (page navigation and shopping cart) these problems remained! And that's very strange! Next, I raised the same backup on the same hosting (the same hosting provider), only took a test new, so I restored the backup there, and there the page navigation works, here is the site address: http: //b22617.jhtest.ru / BUT the first problems with the dumping of modules, etc. surfaced. I can’t understand what happened to the site...
The programmer who made the site said that he did everything well, and said that you have a problem with the site, in general, I need to somehow solve this problem!
What else can I say about the problem, somewhere in December, when the site was developed on test hosting, the site was severely slowed down, and the programmer said that he would speed it up by accelerating the CESHA, that is, he conducted some settings with CASHING with the site in December, and I have all suspicions that the error is in some of its settings! He essentially self-removed from the solution of this problem, said that he checked all the settings of his correct, and meanwhile, customers can not order us!!
The applicant, after agreeing on the price for the work, can make a video, from correspondence in chat with the programmer, and can also decompose the time of the start of problems in a little more detail and by dates. Yes, I add that in December after settings to speed up the site, the site began to work a little faster, but as we have a seasonal product, the site we mothballed until March of the month, and now starting from March it was updated.
Write your suggestions with prices and timelines for solving this problem. Thank you.
P.2. As the site is already a week off, it is advisable to start repairing it as soon as possible.
P.3. I have not seen any payment option on a bank card, but this is the easiest payment option for us, well, we can get confused with electronic money.
Payment on the fact of the work performed, and tell me because the first time on the exchange, there is an option of a safe transaction, when I first pay for the transaction through the site, it freezes the money, and then after the work performed, I confirm the transaction, I did not see such an option. Thank you.
