Remote work for an electronics and circuitry specialist.
Required:
- build input VAX transistor at various voltages "collector-emitter";
- construct the output of the VAX transistor at different values of the base current;
- construct the control characteristic of the transistor (Ik = f(Ube));
Determine the h-parameters of the transistor.
Similar tasks (and even easier) will be another 4-6 pieces. Each one for 350p.
Use the MultiSim program to work. Please accompany the work with comments explaining what is happening in this area.
