I am the owner and head of the Chatbot Development Studio. We are improving key business metrics and reducing business costs through the introduction of sales chatbots.
Description of the vacancy
In our studio for remote work requires a young and ambitious specialist in targeted advertising Facebook Ads with a number of successful cases from 5 pieces. It doesn’t matter how much you are involved in this topic, it is important to us what results you can give for the company and its customers. We are looking for a person who can analyze his successful and unsuccessful projects, who is not afraid of complex tasks, and is ready to constantly improve his skills and abilities.
Requirements:
Skills of working with all the main types of advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram (Traffic, Conversions, Lead Generation, Catalog, Engagement, Messengers, Videos)
Ability to build remarketing lists that are similar to audiences and then use them in advertising campaigns
Ability to create dynamic remarketing
Skills with all types of ads (or with the main ones)
Literacy (it is absolutely must have!)
Understanding which company is best for a particular business
Be active in developing strategies, offer your ideas (this is not just a point, but one of the priorities when choosing a candidate)
Ability to make predictions
Ability to set up advertising campaigns from scratch
The ability to customize Facebook Pixel, individual pixel events, product catalog feeds, and Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager
Show successful cases on Facebook
Knowledge of contextual advertising system will be a plus
Knowledge of English will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include managing the company’s and customers’ advertising accounts, and you will:
Participate in the development of the strategy
Create advertising campaigns
Gather and customize audiences
Set up remarketing and lookalike audiences
Set pixels, custom events through GTM
Optimize campaigns and stick to the KPIs
Analyze the results of advertising, identify strengths and weaknesses
Conduct A/B tests of campaigns/audiences/ads
Create reports

In the niche where we will work, there is almost no competition and the demand is growing rapidly.
Your results will only limit your speed and professional skills.
You will not only earn on the promotion of the company account, but also on the promotion of customers who will come to us to develop chatbots.
We are always open to new ideas and strategies. We use a common internal chat in the messenger, both with customers and internal.
Work remote, at this stage with an incomplete schedule (MN-pt 4-5 hours / day).
Weekly meetings with the team.
Probation period 2 months. Salary during the probation period 3500 UAH. Then the growth of the PP, +% depending on the results and your skills.
