Project description:
The services of a web programmer are required. We need to write a Telegram bot. The bot will perform the function of receiving orders for the delivery of bottled water.
Chatbot capabilities:
Menu - button menu for navigation
Acceptance of orders - delivery address (name, address, contact for communication)
Payment in bot - the ability to pay directly to QIWI, Yandex.Money
Chat with Manager – Connecting an employee to a bot dialogue with a client
File sharing – sending audio files, documents, videos and images to the user
Alert - notification of the manager and delivery employee (courier) about events inside the bot (order received)
The possibility of a courier to accept an order through the BOTA ( 2-3 employees, the alert comes to everyone if someone is free to accept it for execution)
Order status - processed, delivered, delivered (Order confirmation by the manager, notification of the start of delivery by the courier, notification of the client and the delivery service manager about the successfully executed order by the courier)
FAQ - Sections of the FAQ describing: services provided, method of payment and delivery
Ability to leave feedback, quality of service provided to usleg (premoderation)
