3. Development of planning solutions for production and warehouse buildings (standard solution)
Mandatory requirements
1. Land improvement plan with a plan of coverage and landscaping
2.General plan for the location of the projected sites and planting of buildings, including existing engineering networks
3. 3-D visualization of the overall plan of site placement, planting of buildings
4. Scheme of the organization of the road network and traffic
5. Scheme of boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of the territory
6. Parking - parking spaces
7. Explanatory memorandum
