Specialist services are required to create animated videos. It is necessary to produce a series of animated informational (training) videos on the subject of licensing and certification.
The videos should be used animation, doodle animation, infographics, effects, some static pictures on military topics (tanks, aircraft, ships, etc.), videos on the topic of videos, footage or a combination of all this or individual elements (depending on what you can do).
It is possible to partially use your static pictures (photos) and (or) videos devoted to the topic of the video.
In the technical task for the video, the Contractor will be given a narrator's file (dictatorial support) and an approximate text filling of the video itself in Word format.
Each text block (paragraph) of a text file can be a separate page with a picture (video, animation, infographics, etc.), there will be text that differs from the narrator in content, but not in essence.
Voiceover for all the videos do not need to do, I will do it myself, and send it to you along with a specific technical task for a particular video.
The average length of the video is 4-5 minutes, MP4 format, 1920 by 1080 resolution.
The budget of each video is 4000-5000 rubles, so specialists in the creation of Hollywood blockbusters with a price of 10 000 rubles per minute and above, please do not disturb.
As you can see, I do not claim to be a miracle video with super-animation and super-effects. But I don't need the squalid rollers either.
Such short films should fulfill their main mission: in an interesting video form, convey to the viewer what the announcer will voice, and what he will see on the screen.
Nothing more.
If the screen will be only primitive, even animated text, some banal slideshow of pictures, it will not be interesting.
I issue the TK, the Contractor understands it and sends me 30-40 seconds of video footage he will make of my TK to evaluate it, so that we both know if we are moving in the right direction. After the approval of the style of the video, half of it is made and also sent to me for evaluation. After removing the comments on this half of the video, I pay a 50% advance. After sending me the entire video and eliminating the comments on it, I pay the remaining 50% of the price of the video.
The payment procedure can be adjusted by agreement with the contractor, at his request, I am an adequate person.
But the production of a test roller lasting 3040 seconds is mandatory!
