Programmer services are required. An auto filter is required in the drop-down list for Excel. When using the Data Checker (list) in the cell, do it as in Google. tables - when entering the cell, the autofilter pops out of the specified data list. The drop-down list should preferably be scrolled with a mouse wheel not only along the scroll strip, but also along the main field. You need a universal mechanism that can be used in different Excel files. Apply the first time you need on one document in the header, an example on the screen in the attachment.
