Project description:
Remote work on the Internet. Requires a sales manager, work remotely, on the phone. The customer base is warm, so no one needs to be searched.
Selling interior items (furniture) directly from the manufacturer.
Briefly about the process of work: 1) You are provided with a personal account with applications. (2) You call the request, specify what specific goods the person needs. (3) Select from the catalogue the appropriate version of the goods, or make calculations according to the instructions (which we will provide). (4) Make a person sentence (5) Make a deal (6) Work with objections, if any.
You will be told in more detail in the future.
Salary from 100.000 rubles monthly. Monthly salary – up to 30.000 rubles + % from transactions. The schedule is discussed with the head individually, the main thing is to implement the plan. We can submit at least 15 applications every day (up to 50 applications if you work nonstop). Every application, up to 13 percent. The average check is 30,000. Consider yourself, you can earn from 200.000 rubles a month.
Tops on actual motivation we earn OT 200-220 thousand per month.

Requirements for the manager:
1) Availability of PC/Laptop, Internet, headset
(2) Clear diction
(3) Ability to sell
(4) Ability to deal with objections
(5) Time availability: 5 hours per day or more
(6) Stress resistance
(7) Confident PC possession
(8) Experience in the CRM system is welcome
(9) Ability to take responsibility rather than blame everyone for failure
(10) Self-development
(11) Desire to work and earn a decent living
(12) Long-term work. We don't need people for a short time.
(13) When communicating with customers, you should not have a dog barking in the background and such extraneous noises. If there is any noise, we will not cooperate with you, as this affects the reputation of the company.
