Project description:
The services of a web programmer are required. You need to make 4 simple feedback forms (two fields in each).
Repeat the design exactly as in the images in the attachment.
Each form will occupy its entire page on the site.
I will send links for buttons in the forms in the description to TZ.

So what we do is:
1. Creation of 4 forms of data collection (without authorisation) with adaptation to different screens (including: Their mobile versions. Appearance of forms to make exactly according to samples (the nested TK-pictures in this and the following messages) incl. With the preservation of fonts, shades, sizes, etc.
2. The forms should be working - collect the entered data and, when you click on the button type "ok" (enter / allow, etc.), write this data into a text file in the format:
- 1. Password name
- 2. Password name
3. Forms must work (open at the domain address) on a naked hosting after they are uploaded to the hosting folder of the domain.
4. It is necessary to be able to cling these forms to any site by inserting code (code required) into the HTML editor of the site on the "clean" page and forms should be displayed correctly (as in pictures) and work.
5. Forms should “notify” about the need to enter data in empty fields when clicking on the button type “ok” if the data in these fields are not entered.
6. Standard links in these forms (forgot your password?/ registration/logo, etc.) should lead to the pages in accordance with the links in the real forms of these social networks and open in NEW tabs / windows.
7. According to the text of blue "Internet store xachyxa" there should be no transitions.
8. When switching to forms, favicons of the corresponding social network should be displayed.
9. When you press the button type "ok" in addition to writing in a text file entered data to make the transition to: https://
