Project description:
4 Purpose of implementation

Analysis with 3D visualization of failures of single-phase electric motor AIRE 56 B4, causing vibrations in the engine system, for subsequent detection of these changes by the predictive diagnostic sensor.

5 Appointment

This model is a stage of recreating and predicting changing parameters in the engine system, namely vibrations, during breakdowns and / or deviations from the design parameters standards.

6 General requirements
6.1.
3D visualization of the effect of asymmetric load on the rotor/sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-system. The selected changes and specified parameters are based on the attached documents GOST R IEC 60034-14-2008 and the Manual for the operation of asynchronous electric motors, and subsequently agreed with the Customer at the approval stage, at the completion stage all the specified parameters are reflected in the final report.
6.2.
Creating 3D visualization of bearing damage in the engine system. As an example, you can use: change in alignment and centering, friction, balancing, as well as as as a result of a defect in the bearing seat.
The selected changes and specified parameters are based on the attached documents GOST R IEC 60034-14-2008 and the Manual for the operation of asynchronous electric motors, and subsequently agreed with the Customer at the approval stage, at the completion stage all the specified parameters are reflected in the final report.

7 Additional documentation

For model development, the following are transferred: 3-D engine model in the format (.m3d) from the manufacturer's website; Manual on the operation of asynchronous electric motors from the manufacturer's website; GOST R IEC 60034-14-2008.

8 Results of TK

The results of the implementation of the TK are presented by the final report and visualized video / animation of the working system with breakdowns as illustrative material for further use.
The final report should be in .doc or .docx format and contain calculated parameters of vibration change (amplitude, frequency) and characteristics of their changes (if possible, described as functions from time to time), as well as initially specified modeling parameters.
The results are transmitted to the Customer using the computer Internet using data exchange services, when agreed, it is possible to provide data on an information medium (USB - flash drive).
