Creating a Congratulatory Video

Project description:
A specialist in 2D animation is required. We need to create a video for the congratulatory. Full HD, 1.5 - 2 minutes (approximately). There are necessary pictures in PNG for animation, a drawn storyboard. Until 23.07.19
Screenplay:
Part 1
1-2. Balls are flying in the sky. First a little, then tighter, so you can't see what's behind them. Then they fly away, and we see.
3-4. Father and son - they look into the watercolor sky, where the balls flew away and the inscription in the sky: "Happy birthday!"
5. Dad gives his son a gift
6. A gift in a close-up package.
7. The gift unfolds and on the crumpled paper we see a snuffbox and a key view from above.
8. Through paper – the transition to the dark sky
9. A starry sky appears - a pair of three flashing stars (the boy seems to go into a fairy tale and sleep)
10. The moon or the halo of magic (the snuffbox will be better seen on it)
11. Snack box view in isometry _key turns - start the mechanism
12. The music poured, the notes were dizzy (there are 2 versions of notes - but you can have your own)
13. The boy is joyful and enthusiastic looking at the snuffbox, from which music pours.
14. The boy close-up portrait and cloud of thought
15. In the cloud twisted colored gears - the boy thought - "how does a tobacco box work?" - I should open it!
16. The snuffbox opens - on the inside of the city's coat of arms cover - you can glare on the coat of arms
17. The magic of the tobacco unexplored world with this glow pulls into the inside of the snuffbox
18. After the boy was wrapped in a snuffbox, he appeared:

Part 2

1. The field, so that it looks like it was drawn.
2. The railway was also gradually drawn by a ribbon.
A bird and a cloud flew across the sky.
3. The train has passed (wheels are spinning _ people are waving their hands)
4. When the train passes on the lawn, such green hearts of the plant grow and crag.
5. The railway goes away (rises up and decreases) from below there is a passing road.
6. A car leaves, it goes, the wheels turn, the balloons crank.
7. A balloon flies towards the car, flies into the sky
8. Car passes city sign
9. Once again, the train is moving towards urban areas.
10. Train passes the station (the station rises as if it were lying and rose, as in books 3d)
11. The train passes the administration building
12. The administration building has men with gifts
13. Gifts fall on each other, people wave their hands
14. After passing the building of the Administration, the train moves on.

Part 3

1. He comes to the park of culture and recreation, the Ferris wheel by analogy rises as in 3d books, spins as much as possible, trees grow on the sides, a slide appears - a joyful man rides from it, hearts of green fly through the sky, in the foreground a rocking station with people swings.
2. Change of scenery - starry sky, the train passes the building DSHI, in the windows lights, drums, behind her a man, a girl with a guitar - musical accompaniment in honor of the holiday, in the sky flickering stars
3. Passing the building DC, the windows light up, on the building DC on the visor from the sky the men sit (the sculptures are actually there). As if the city came to life, and everything in it came to life, a girl appears at the piano, the flowers rock.
4. Day again. The railway is replaced by a clearing, behind it there are buildings alternately.
5. Behind buildings, fireworks
6. The background of fireworks, the coat of arms of the city - the inscription Happy City Day!
