Project description:
We need a team of specialists in the design of BIM models in Revit 2019 residential apartment complex with an underground parking lot at the TP in the period of July-August 2019.
Requirements for performers - you need a BIM team covering the design issues in BIM on systems of OV, VK, PT, EOM, SS, Otopl and Air Conditioning. The team will be coordinated by our BIM Coordinator (to direct tasks for work, determine the order of drawing networks, comment on intersections, update and coordinate the overall BIM model). The involvement of specialists in the project should be at least 6 hours a day.
Background data for work:
The following information will be sent as an ID:
- reference to the BIM model in which AP, KR will be loaded, files for work on engineering disciplines with configured families for work and coordination files are prepared.
- standard design of BM model from the Customer
2D tasks (plans for laying networks in one line, filling mines, placing equipment in technical rooms with indication of service areas). The task will indicate which system is going where, what size of the system, what material of the system and where the equipment is located.
- STP for all disciplines (for more information on the configuration of the system, if the 2D task is not clear).
- Example of the model made by BIM in the 1st stage of construction (to understand the amount of work and the final result that should be obtained).
Organization of work:
A team of BIM engineers is approved ready to participate in the project for the entire duration of implementation.
Our Beam Coordinator is preparing a schedule for the implementation of work. According to this schedule, performers are given separate tasks to raise networks in 3D according to the transferred task, taking into account the order of work and the sequence of the Bim model. After the first task is completed, it is accepted by the BIM coordinator and the following task is set. For each task, work costs and deadlines are agreed with the performer. The rate per hour is agreed with the performers. For each closed task, a bonus of the work performed is recorded (time worked multiplied by the rate of work per hour). Setting and acceptance of tasks is carried out in the Megaplan system. Payment for work is performed on closed (accepted) tasks, on agreed dates.
