Create 7 buttons:
1. Show - displays all the information recorded in the database (All residents).
2. Add – allows you to write to the database of the resident.
3. Change - allows you to change the information in the database about the resident.
4. List of people born before the year – lists residents born before the year
5. The list of residents at the specified address requires the entry of information about the resident (city, region, address), and displays residents in this city or region or address.
6. Delete – deletes the resident we selected in the database, namely information about him.
7. The exit is the exit.
