Project description:
I am looking for designers for remote work. We have large and small projects to fail. Your time and knowledge are lacking. We spend a lot of time on the calculation + specification for production.
Company from St. Petersburg, in the market for 5 years.
Format of cooperation and steps:
1 - Send your projects : 1st simple / 2nd complex (Portfolio)
2 – We give ready-made projects for miscalculation and documentation development (+visualization), all projects have been completed and handed over. We are testing each other and trying to reach a common format of cooperation. (Paying)
3 - Order documents for training new employees, with detailed explanations of how it is going, why this method is optimal, where to sit, what indentations and why.
3.1 - The training task will be several from the simplest to the most complex.
For example:
(A) To assemble the table
B) Collect the pad
B) Collect counter/rack
D) Kitchen module bottom + top
E) More complex structures.
Production requires new employees (assemblers), as well as the transfer of production to a certain standard of design specifications and documentation. (We worked with SketchUP ourselves, we want to switch to Furniture Base). (Paying)
4 - Place orders in the Trello taskbar with a full description, you pick up the task, set deadlines, specify the amount, execute, download documentation.
(The process involves working with different designers 2-3-4 people.) As we develop the tender department, there will be many tasks in the future.
