Project description:
The services of a drawing specialist are required. You need to draw all the following for ESKD in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
In general, this is a full-fledged vacuum post with a cabinet for cylinders.
The list of components of the post will be sent to e-mail, a file in EXEL format with the names of the manufacturer and links.

- panel under the selection point Gas Arc - model of the selection point HPU6001-02-05-000-00-00-A_GA (file attached)

- panel for the SMC selection point (for high costs) - the model of the reducer "Pressure regulator", NPT3/4", alum. Body, with a pressure gauge 0...10 Atm / Bar, with a fastening coal, without lubrication AR40(K)-06-N06BG-N-B-X2400";

- main panel for gases - it consists as shown in pdf files of 2 cranes: One on a large Du - ball Dn 22 fitting 1", steel 316L H700-SS-L-1-T-LD, Second on the ball Dn 10 fitting 1/2", steel 316L H700-SS-L-1/2-T-LD. And the pressure gauge PRESSURE GAUGE 0 TO 15 bar STAINLESS STEEL Ø50mm 1/8" NPT REAR ENTRY (EN10204 TYPE 3.1 INSPECTION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED) model 131.11.050 on the Wika website.
They are connected with each other by a tee and tubes of the appropriate size.
The gas flow from the entrance to the exit. First, the gas enters and is displayed on the gauge, then passes into the crane with a large Du, because after it goes to the tee. One end of the tee (side) goes to the crane of the Du 10 1/2". The second one goes out of the panel. It should be nice and comfortable to use this design.

- main panel for vacuum. It consists of a valve vacuum valve hand-bellow type model XYH-25 and a pressure gauge. Manometer for vacuum measurement from -100 to 0 kPa, R-1/4, model GZ46E-02. If you look at the manometer by design, you can hang only through a tee. Therefore, there must be a geometry such that both the valve and the pressure gauge fit in the panel area. And most likely, the geometry (external dimensions) should coincide with other main panels (because they will hang side by side on the same guides).

- vacuum selection panel. Consists of a valve - Vacuum valve hand bellow type, XMH-25 and a manometer for measuring vacuum from -100 to 0 kPa, R-1/4 model GZ46E-02. Since this point will hang next to other selection points, the height of the panel should be the same as other panels (selection points).

- vacuum fasting wall. The post should include a pump. Pump vacuum Pfeiffer Vacuum 2021SD, receiver, and Cabinet automation model CS-33/150 111648 hinged IP66 300x300x150mm with mounting board without racks (Eaton). All of this needs to be placed on one design. It is not very heavy so that it can be transported. Since this design is supposed to be transported to the connection point, it is necessary to make the design so that Rohli drove under it. And on the spot, this design could be tied to the floor with anchor bolts. The cabinet of automation should be hung at a level from the floor about 100-150 cm to be comfortable to press buttons. All this applies to ergonomics and industrial design.

- 2-cylinder cabinet. The height of the cabinet should include a cylinder height of 50 liters (200 bar) (about 1,490 mm in height) and gas panels - model HPM6011-04-05-01-01-000-00-A_GA. One panel per 1 cylinder. To the operator was convenient to install (installe) cylinders, and installers of equipment was convenient to pick up the panels. Ergonomics is a priority. On the roof of the cabinet should be a 150 mm pipe (for ventilation). The door should be locked with a key. The lock of the cabinet can be Riggel if the design allows.
