Programmer services are required. You need to write a program for creating a structure of work and accounting for the costs of this structure. Implementing in Python and PyQt, Python because I tried to create it myself but I don’t have time to start with the basics (currently working in Excel)
To start, you need to sketch out the structure of 5 levels (Drug and Drop). To the last level, link resources that are divided into 4 types. Each resource has a measurement of the amount of price, etc.
Cost accounting should be kept on a daily basis.
At the beginning, it is necessary to form the project structure, this is the framework on which additional data will be hooked. It is formed as a designer from the existing directories (which must be filled in in advance). The project structure consists of 5 levels, to 5 level – manual work is added by the Eid of the Outline (from the drop-down list), the number, the Amount, the price is calculated automatically (without rounding). Levels need to be summed up. So we get the revenue part.
Then formed the expenditure part for each work (5 level) annoyed with the resources that are necessary to perform this task.
This is how we get our Income and Planned Expenses plan. The amount of work should be distributed by months and years, if necessary.
The next step is to keep a record of the fact, reflect the daily actual cost of work.
It is very important to form a database correctly at this stage, since this data will be necessary for the formation of different types of reports, the formation and preservation of different scenarios. Also in the future, it is planned to delineate the rights to work with the program and take into account the fact (entering data) from mobile devices.
