The services of a programmer with the skills to work in Mathlab are required. The program needs to be reworked in Mathlab. The description of how it should work and what is done.
It is necessary to add to the program the signal power matrix at the receiver input (Rmsvp) according to the formula:
Rmsvp = Rp(20 but it is desirable to be able to change) +3 +1 -L
And it is Rmsvp that is compared with the vector M (line 88).
