Remote work for a printing designer. Our printing house requires a designer for remote work. We have a lot of orders every day for the development of business cards, leaflets, booklets, magnets, sushi packaging, rolls and pizza, prepress preparation of files sent by customers.
Payment is piecemeal. There's a lot of work. We currently have two main designers working on the finish and development. But they can no longer physically handle that amount of work. We need people with whom we will work for years to come. It doesn’t matter what city or country you are in. Ideally, we need 4 additional designers who love technical work, like to keep everything clear and according to the rules, need perfectionists. We promise you a good salary with your good working ability. We are strangers and we do not work together with capricious useless scheming, who only can “push” what they are cool and how they “see” . They actually give out a complete fuflo. We don’t need people who will design a leaflet for a month, we need people who can work quickly, maybe not creatively, can listen to criticism of their work and quickly correct mistakes. We respect the work of designers, try to save their time, set the most understandable tasks, but in our work there are all kinds of things - and customers are different, some know what they want, some do not. We need reliable people – we always need to make sure that the designer is always online from 10-18 Omsk time. We have regulations for certain types of work. And if we understand that there is a hapoo who takes orders and does not give out results for a long time, or is busy with something else, and not our tasks, we say goodbye. Our designers communicate with clients by mail part of the time – they are customer-oriented, always calm and try to understand the client. Stable, constant. Because they do a lot of small work during the day. We can work and not full-time, perform several tasks per day, in the evening or during the day. But we must understand that in any case, the work will be completed within 1-12 hours depending on the complexity. We also have tasks to develop layouts for packaging. It takes more creativity and gives you more time – up to 24 hours.
Price of design work. It's what our designers work on. Prices are not high, but we have many orders and you can earn 30-40 thousand per month.
First, you will be discounted orders for the design of business cards, leaflets, prepress leaflets, business cards and other paper products. Design and prepress packaging for sushi, pizza, donuts, plastic cards and other products is the second stage - when we decide to work closely with you.
We can pay you for the first time every day for the work done.
If you are not satisfied with the price for the design, let us know immediately. If everything is fine, we'll start working.
Managers will evaluate your personal qualities – how responsible you are and keep promises, your tact and your ability to keep yourself in hand, your loyalty to customers. All of this is because approved designers start working through our system, and this sometimes involves contact with the client. We do not want our clients to suffer from incompetence and intactivity of our designers.
