Project description:
Remote work on the site. We are looking for a contractor to support the site and corporate portal on Bitrix24 (box version).
The starting point
1. There is a website (Joomla, Wordpress Blog)
2. Under the license 1C Bitrix Corporate portal 50 users are implemented:
- a new site (on the test domain) (corporate site, not a store);
- Public part of the Support section (on the test domain or from the site menu);
- Bitrix24 portal (box, modified).
3. The Bitrix24 portal is currently in operation by the Technical Support Department (Tech Support without Public Part) and the Sales Department (CRM...). There are 10-15 active users.
What do you need?
Audit.
1. To analyze the quality of layout / programming and revision of the new site, the public part of the Support section (layout, programming, revisions, forms ...)
2. Analyze the composition and quality of the revision, Corporate portal Bitrix24 (errors in the code, quality of improvements, settings ...)
Possible work arrangements (or offer yours):
Cost and terms: fixed / free / symbolic, the deadlines are determined by the contractor.
Result: assessment of the quality of the site, revisions and settings of the corportal, a list of critical errors that must be corrected at the Startup stage, the timing and cost of the Startup stage.
Launch
1. Correct critical errors in programming / layout / settings of the Corporate Portal and the Site.
2. Make a list (removal plan) of non-critical errors.
3. Move to a new hosting site/portal.
4. Publishing the site together with our CEO specialist.
Possible work arrangements (or offer yours):
Cost and term: determined at the stage of “Audit”
Result: published website and functioning quality-configured corportal (with corrected critical errors), a list of tasks that, from the point of view of the performer, must be performed at the stage of maintenance.
Escort
1. Maintenance of the site and the corportal (administration of the site and the portal, troubleshooting, backups, virus checks, answers to questions of portal users, etc.)
2. Improvements and development of the site (correction of non-critical errors identified at the first stage, layout, programming, functionality, etc.).
3. Settings, finalization of the corporate portal and the public part of the Support section. (correcting non-critical errors identified at the first stage, expanding the functionality, finalizing unfulfilled issues on the technical knowledge, including those interacting with the public part of the site).
The following is possible (or yours):
Cost and terms: fixed cost of escort per month (p.1) + task or hourly payment (p. 2 and 3), the term is permanent.

- positive experience of works on modifications of Bitrix24 box version (what was finalized, briefly about the portals);
- Your proposals to change the proposed "work order" or to specify the proposed;
