Project description:
We need a specialist in 3D modeling and BIM modeling. It is required to create a BIM model of a 10-storey residential building
1. Task:
It is necessary to manufacture a BIM model based on the project documentation provided (Stages P and R) made in the AutoCad program.
2. Object:
10-storey residential brick house with external insulation, with a basement, on a ribbon foundation.
Engineering equipment of the facility was developed: Power supply system; water supply and sanitation systems; heating and ventilation systems; gas supply systems.
Outdoor networks have been designed: gas supply; water supply; sewage, electricity supply.

3. Requirements for the BIM model:
• What is the model for: stage R, model for construction.
• Detail level of LOD 400, for use in the construction and installation phase.
• Coordination between systems is required. The model should have no intersections between sections, as well as in architectural and design models added holes for engineering networks.
• Size styles according to normal standards. No special requirements.
• Information saturation of the model. It is necessary that in addition to the 3D type, the systems are correctly named in the models.
• A classifier is needed for the elements of the model. It is necessary to obtain from the model volumes for the compilation of CMP.
• All sections of the project documentation are required according to the standard.
