Project description:
Remote work on the Internet. Online payment service manager is required. As an online operations manager, you will:
• To process electronic payment requests from new and existing customers (in messengers and on the website);
• Regularly calculate the commissions/cost of services of friendly payment systems;
• Analyze and take into account changing tariffs;
• Work with CRM, keep data in customer cards;
• Work with the databases of existing customers: remind about the service, identify needs, build relationships, offer service services, report discounts and special offers;
• To monitor and update the balance sheets of payment systems. Monitor and analyze cash flows through payment systems;
