Office job vacancy. The company needs a customer service manager. We have 15 people in our team, 6 of whom are located locally in the office in the center of Simferopol. Our company is an educational platform for current and novice entrepreneurs No. 1 in Crimea.
Our company is expanding, and therefore we are bringing a new line of services to the market and looking for a manager in the customer service department.
Your duties:
- Start the working day on time;
Have experience in sales and customer service for at least 3 months
- Process all available applications in accordance with the script;
- To participate in the preparation of the project plan for which the team works, and its effectiveness is determined;
Systematize processes to achieve the best result;
Work schedule from 9 to 18. We can sometimes stay for work or team meetings.

You have all the sales techniques;
You have enough time to work with 20 regular clients.
- Have experience in managing complex projects and managing a team;
You can set priorities and solve tasks on time in fast-changing situations.
