The services of a web programmer are required. Urgent! It is necessary to develop an algorithm for calculating the rating for the future site on the yii2 framework (detailed TZ of calculating the rating will be provided on request). Next, it is planned to develop a site on the Yii2 framework:

Coinmarketcap Historical Database (CSV, approximately 800,000 lines)
Gradation system of assessments (in CSV)
The approximate algorithm of actions of calculation of the rating of experts:
Connect the Coinmarketcap API (free rate)
Connect a single gradation system for different expert assessment scales
Integrate databases to identify experts and projects from multiple sources
Algorithmically select projects that according to the gradation system have a score from 8 (inclusive) to 10 points, so-called. Star projects
Algorithmically select for the rating of experts, who have = 5 Star projects
Calculate the total number of evaluations for each expert
Calculate the total number of Star ratings for each expert
Algorithmically select Star projects that are traded on the stock exchange for each expert
Algorithmically select Scam projects for each expert (in the database of projects, the Scam column)
For each project, calculate the ROI Flip for all time (based on max). Token prices and ICO prices
For each project, calculate the ROI Hold for all time (based on the current price of tokens and the price of ICO)
For each expert, the arithmetic average Flip ROI is calculated based on the ROI Flip projects of this expert (taking into account the ROI only Star and Scam projects).
