Project description:
We create SaaS products for retail at the intersection of data on consumer behavior, machine learning and personalization of user experience. After 10 minutes of integration, 4 products are available to our customers to increase conversion and revenue.
We are looking for a technical writer to write external and internal technical documentation on the AnyQuery product.
By external, we mean various documentation focused on integration and technical scenarios of the product use. For example, instructions for integration using Javascript, instructions for integration through direct interaction with the API, checking the correctness of feed files, creating feed files.
By internal, we mean documentation for internal teams. For example, the quality assessment of the products (check list), the analysis of the correctness of the tracking data collected.
We're looking for a part-time job. We will be very happy to answer all the questions.
The list of primary documentation that needs to be updated or written from scratch:
Instructions for Javascript integration of the product
Instructions for creating feed files
Instructions for setting up data tracking
Instructions for analyzing the correctness of tracking data collection
Instructions for product integration using API
