I need a programmer. It is necessary to create an application for the enterprise on VB. A project is being developed to improve the production line, for which you need to write an application in Visual Basic.
Here is an approximate description of the system (there is an image, but I can not attach here, if I am interested, I will send it along with the rest of the clarifications on the project):
Client part: PC for image processing, storage and data transfer to the server
• The computer sets criteria for evaluating and analyzing the image (several types of products with individual criteria)
• products come randomly, before each check on the protocols of the interface MelsecNet(H)/RS232/RS485/RS422 on the PC receives information about the type of product
• based on information about the type of product, a signal is transmitted to reconfigure the camera focus to the height of the product, the evaluation criteria change
• image processing is implemented, the values of the analysis are transmitted at the output, based on these values, a decision is made to reject the product
Transfer of the evaluation results to the IT server over Ethernet (WCF P2P)
• Evaluation data is stored on the PC and sent to the IT server
• there is no binding to a specific database, you can use storage in a csv file, but the solution should not slow down the application and ensure the extraction of data from the PC if they are lost on the server
• data on measurement results are stored for 3 years (estimation criteria, quantity, characteristics, date, time, ect.)
• Ability to read the barcode from the defective product to obtain information stored in the database PC
Server: Windows Server 2008R2
• The application takes the measurement results and records them in the Oracle database
