Project description:
We need a budget specialist. Revisions are required, preparation of COP-2, COP-3. Estimates are available in gslx format (see para. The investment made in the state construction.
The first task is to bring the estimate to the amount of 7 247 125.63 (the amount is final, VAT is not allocated, since the customer is on the USN)
For this:
1. In section 11 "Appendix" in subsection "Roof" add such types of work as:
- Insulation with mineral wool t100mm - 117 m2
- Filling board 25 * 150 - 17 m2
Materials: Minwata 100 mm - 117 m2, Board 25 * 150 - 117 m2, Self-Track wood 55 mm - 5 kg
2. In section 5 "Interior finishing works" add such types of work as:
- Wall insulation at a height of up to 3 m with polyestyrene foam 50 mm - 35 m2
- Plastering on insulation 35 m2
Materials: foam polyesterol 50 mm - 35m2, foam installation - 30 pieces, mixture of cement sand - 300 kg
You can also apply the supply of concrete by the loader in addition to all concrete works.
Very important: the estimate without VAT (contractor for USN), the amount you need to go strictly a penny in a penny. The existing lines cannot be changed, that is, we can only adjust these two types of work.
