We have AMO CRM and Mango ATS. Koltrekking's on. Standard API integration is set up
Coltrecking transmits the Yutm tag to AMO CRM only when direct calls are made to the phone displayed on the site. But we still have a callback (colback), also provided by Mango ATS.
Kolback with a connected coltreking collects information about Yutm tags and stores it in the office of Mango ATS. But this data on the standard API is not transmitted to the AMO PRM.
In other words:
- YUTM tags on direct calls using coltrecking are stored in Mango ATS and transmitted to AMO SRM.
- YUTM tags on calls from colback with coltrecking are saved in Mango ATS but are NOT transmitted to AMO CRM.
We need an API that would transmit information about Yutm tags as well as calls from the colback.
