Offering remote work from home. I need an online assistant. The company [hide] LLC "MSK" for servicing communications, heating and hot water.
Requirements: Clear and competent speech, ability to correctly answer phone calls, work on the result, execution, organization and ability to work at a fast pace, responsibility, punctuality, stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking mode, independence.
Knowledge of PC, word, crm bitrix24, Excel. Confident Internet user mail, search information.
Personal qualities, politeness, attentiveness, goodwill, responsibility, accuracy, readiness to solve new problems.
Receiving phone calls, recording information received by phone in the database. Invoices and commercial offers, control of payment of invoices. Talk to the customers. Answering emails.
Conditions: full-time, weekends - Saturday, Sunday.
Full-time from 8:30.00 to 17:30. Working from home online.
