Looking for a strong analyst!
Requirements:
Knowledge of various research methodologies (RFM, cohort analysis, data load analysis, outflow modeling, communication analysis, etc.)
Understanding the right structure and knowledge of CRM tools
- exel, sql, analytical toles
- the ability not only to bring the database / tables, but to bring the results into a presentation and give reasonable recommendations, to make an action plan based on the conclusions obtained
- ideally - with knowledge of the Russian market of cosmetics and cosmetics, understanding of the audience and the main segments of the Central Asian region and the mechanics of implementation (this is useful for the previous paragraph)
You may need to do different types of analysis: those analysis, statistical analysis, business analysis, RFM, etc.
