Our company produces gift chocolate for corporate customers. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for remote call center employees to call the database of existing and potential customers using pre-composed scripts (calling algorithms). You are not required to conduct a dialogue more than is prescribed in the algorithm.
What you will need to offer is chocolate with the company logo. For most people, sweets only elicit positive emotions, making chocolate with a logo the perfect corporate gift. From experience, calls on our products cause a much more positive response from potential customers than usual products from ordinary niches (websites, banking services, printing, etc.). You offer something unusual and the contact is often ready to familiarize themselves with it.
We don't call everyone. Our databases are formed in such a way that the products were most interesting for the subscriber and calls caused positive responses.
What should I do?
• This is not sales. If a potential customer is interested, you transfer him to work as a sales manager of our company. Your motivation is not tied to sales.
• Offer our products and answer basic customer questions using pre-composed scripts
• Keep records, record the result of the call in an automated database. It's simple and convenient.
• Send a general commercial offer by email to contacts who showed interest on the first call.
You'll be right for us if:
• You have completed higher/secondary special education;
• Have 1 year of experience in telephone sales/call center work;
• Experience in telephone conversations, no “fear of the phone”
• You are communicative;
• You are disciplined and persevering. They are able to consistently perform the required volume of calls, despite working from home.
• You have internet access with sufficient speed to operate telephony and online databases and a headset with good quality communications. And also the ability to work without extraneous sounds in the background.
We propose:
• telephone calls over IP telephony. You only need a headset and a good internet connection. Payment for phone calls is charged to our company.
Full-time, full-time (40-hour weekly)
• schedule 5/2 (Section, sect. - day off. The working day on the time zone can be discussed. The central office is open from 6.00 to 15.00 Moscow time, but calls must be made in Russia in different time zones.
• Salary based on the results of the interview. Skype interview.
