Project description:
The project Children's Lecture () requires a remote assistant.
Employment - 2-3 hours a day.
Main objectives:
1) Acceptance of training applications (calls to new clients and receiving calls from them)
(2) Calling of clients with a telephone record
3) Work in Microsoft Office (working with childcare facilities)
(4) Management of the VC and FB project team
(5) Postal services (response to e-mails). letters
6) Work with Yandex Metrica (daily data capture, I will teach)
(7) Search and collection of information on the Internet
(8) Writing daily reports on their work
Mandatory requirements:
1) 24/00 Internet access so that you can be contacted from 12:00 to 23:00.
2) Phone sales skills, ability to communicate with customers (Preferred!)
3) Possibility of recording telephone conversations with customers (Required!)
(4) The ability to receive phone calls to your own number, ideally a second SIM card. (There are only 1-2 calls per day, but you can’t miss them!)
5) Availability of a VC or Skype page where you can communicate online
(6) Responsibility, perseverance, obligation. You need someone who doesn’t have to check on your work every day.
Payment:
First month: salary of 5000 rubles / month + bonuses. The telephone service costs are paid. If your work suits us, then in the future the payment will be higher.
