The algorithm is as follows:

3. Compare the version (by all packet versioning rules) with the version from package.json running on the application node
4. If the version is smaller, then download WinRAR archive on the link, the address of which is to be put in the parameters.
5. Unpack the archive by observing the folder structure in it in the root folder of the application running on the node (replacing files)
6. Restart Windows service, the name of which is put in the settings.
