Project description:
It is necessary to develop a financial model (business case) for the bonus program of loyalty of the consumer brand. Points are awarded for purchases (% of the amount) and for additional activities with the brand (like in social networks, brought a friend and others) (fix). Score of points, depending on the action).

Three target audiences whose behavior needs to be changed.
- the main types of activations: customer acquisition, customer retention, growth of the average purchase frequency.
The main indicators should be predicted:
- number of customers of participants (persons)
- number of active customers, taking into account outflow (percentage)
- outflow of customers (percentage)

- Number of pieces in the order
- number of categories in the order
