Responsibilities:
- Filling in acts of hidden work
- Volume counting (finishing, prefabricated structures, monolith)
- Creation of network schedules for work
- Reasons for material replacement
- Preparation and verification of M-29, acts of work performed, journals and certificates in the form of KC-2, KC-3, KC-6
- Technical supervision of construction and installation works.
- Work with estimates and projects, executive documentation.
- Verification of design and estimate documentation for compliance with the technical task and current regulatory documents
- Applications for construction materials
- Write-off of construction materials
- Control of the volume of terms and quality of the implementation of the CMP at the construction site
- Development of technological maps and RPP.
Requirements:
* Technical education (Construction faculty). Knowledge of technology and construction methods. Knowledge of the procedure for development and design of design estimates, executive and other technical documentation.
* Higher education (faculty of construction)
