Project description:
Programmer services are required. You need the simplest Telegram client on a delfi under Win x64, without third-party components (except Synapse). I will check on the goal XP without dotnets and so on. The client must be able to: 1. Sign in to Telegram 2. Start accepting all messages (personal and chat) in plain text. 3. Ping Telegram server once per second to receive messages without delay. Take pictures, voise and so on. No need. It is not necessary to disassemble JSON messages.
