Project description:
We are looking for a close to us in spirit 1C Timlid together with whom we will implement new projects and professionally grow!
Responsibilities:
Technical implementation of the project, namely:
Organization of the project business process: negotiations with clients throughout the project on all technical issues, selection of standard design solutions, decomposition of large tasks on subtasks, preparation of technical specifications, technical documentation
Project management: setting, distribution of tasks to developers according to competence (decomposition, pre-design), assessment of the labor intensity of work, control of the timing and quality of development
Team management (planning of recruitment, selection, evaluation of personnel);
Internal acceptance of tasks by performers
Project functionality testing, quality check (maintainability / non-conflict / extensibility / customer controllability /)
Delivery of the project to the customer
Professional skills and experience are important to us:
Experience on the contractor side;
Knowledge of typical features of the line of pp related to trade in sections: sales (wholesale / retail), warehouse accounting, marketing (loyalty systems, analytical reports), reflection in regulated accounting (FZ-54, Yegais book, etc.);
Experience in programming 1c 8.X, including UF, knowledge of accounting / standard capabilities of any configurations - ut, retail, accounting, complex, conversion, or other industry configurations;
Experience in implementing 1c software products, finalizing typical functionality, developing new solutions on the 1c: enterprise platform;
Experience in designing new functionality in standard solutions or solutions from scratch;
Experience in composing those. tasks and assessment of labor costs;
Experience in managing a team of 3 people;
Ability to work in a team, correctly set tasks and be responsible for their implementation;
Customer-oriented approach, leadership qualities, self-organization.
