Project description:
Work remotely on the Internet by a chat operator. The largest online service for booking and selling electronic tickets announces an additional appointment to its team for the vacancy “Online Chat Consultant”. We are looking for people who are ready to work in shifts:
- 2 in 2 days from 06.00 to 17. 00 Moscow time (1 vacancy);
- 2 in 2 days from 10:00 to 20. 00 Moscow time (1 vacancy);
- 2 in 2 days from 17.00 to 01. 00 Moscow time (1 vacancy);
Monday - Friday from 22.00 - 06.00 (2 vacancies) (night shift is a priority for us!).
Responsibilities:
1. Full support and advice of clients at all stages of search, booking, payment of air tickets and other tourist services according to the company's scripts. There are scripts, you just need to learn them and be able to use them.
2. Being on a shift at a strictly agreed time. Attention! This work will not go for mothers in the decree and to combine with the main work, since in the shift there is no opportunity to be distracted by extraneous affairs - the work will take up all the time - there is a flow of clients who need the most complete and polite advice.
Our terms:
1. Training and support at all stages of work;
2. Guaranteed payment of wages in Russian rubles. The amount of salary depends on the amount of time spent in the chat. Wages are calculated on the basis of the results of the worked month until the 15th day of the following reporting period on the Sberbank card or other plastic cards accepting transfers from Sberbank of Russia.
3. No cold sales, slack, and obsessive service.
4. Work in a well-coordinated and friendly team in shifts 2 in 2 days.
Mandatory requirements
1. Age, education, place of residence does not matter.
2. Required skills:
- high speed of typing;
spelling literacy – the applicant should not have problems with spelling, grammar and punctuation;
3. Stress resistance and multitasking (you will have to work with several clients at the same time, each of whom will have their own question that will need to be solved).
4. Ability to absorb large amounts of information in a short time.
