The services of a web programmer are required. You need to write a PHP script for validating Bitcoin payments through BlockChain.

You need to check the list of applications on the BlockChain database and find applications that correspond to reality. No payment is required to check the number of "Confirmations" - the very fact of the presence of an incoming transaction with a certain amount and a date of + / - 15 minutes from the date of the application is enough (you will need to bring the date to the desired format).
A proxy should also be provided. The script must take the list of applications from the MySQL database and put the status 1 in the correct application.
