2-storey frame house on a concrete slab with a warm floor, with a full second floor. Maximum permissible dimensions: 26x10 or 20x14 (other options are possible).
Inter-storey floors of the first floor are settled taking into account screeds for heating the floor of all rooms. With the roof, various options are possible, up to flat. The thickness of the outer walls is 200 mm (minplite). The exterior is siding. The house has 2 independent wings, with independent entrances.
Right wing: on two floors there are only 6 rooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet and sink). The exit of the windows is desirable to the northeast, but we also assume to the southeast. Less desirable southwest. This wing has an independent entrance and an independent staircase.
