Remote work on the Internet. Requires a remote sales manager. We have been working in the call center market for more than 2 years. During this time, we have opened offices in two cities – Novosibirsk and Belgorod, with more than 45 employees. We serve customers all over Russia.
Our service is a search for customers for business with payment for the result. Companies come to us for guaranteed results instead of investing in advertising.
In the near future, two additional offices are planned to be opened in Moscow and Bryansk. We strive to become a universal company for business, where you can get the service of the sales department on a turnkey basis.
And due to the increase in the number of applications, we are looking for a sales specialist for a permanent job with a plan of 10 contracts per month. We are ready to give up to 15 warm applications per day.
Your duties will include: processing incoming orders, selling our services, maintaining a CRM system, maintaining a client, coordinating, making additional sales, receiving feedback from customers.
Our requirements for you: knowledge of sales techniques, focus on results, desire for development, initiative, sociability, write in the response: “I definitely want this work and am ready to go through additional stages of selection.”
Conditions of work:
• Work schedule 52, flexible working hours from 4 to 8 hours
Salary + percentage of sales + bonuses for overfulfillment of the plan (from 19000 to 43000 rubles)
• Ability to work remotely
• We teach on our own account
• With increasing work hours, your income increases.
