Offering a job as a call center operator at a remote location. We have been working in the call center market for more than 2 years. During this time, we have opened offices in two cities – Novosibirsk and Belgorod, with more than 45 employees. We serve customers all over Russia.
Our service is a search for customers for business with payment for the result. Companies come to us for guaranteed results instead of investing in advertising.
In the near future, two additional offices are planned to be opened in Moscow and Bryansk. We strive to become a universal company for business, where you can get the service of the sales department on a turnkey basis.
We are looking for a specialist for a permanent job, a plan of 50 dialogues per day. Ready to give a system for work and reporting, calls and letters, database and scripts. We'll do the training.
Responsibilities:
• Make 50 conversations per day
• Identify interest in the company’s proposal
• Send commercial offers
• Repeat the call to confirm interest
• Filling out reports in the CRM-system
Requirements:
• Literacy
• Focus on results
• High-quality headset and microphone
• Communication skills
• stable access to the Internet
• No noise during the dialogue
Conditions:
• Flexible work schedule, employment from 3 to 6 hours a day
• Salary of 14000 rubles. + bonuses when overfulfilling the plan
• Work from any city in Russia and CIS
• We will teach, give everything you need for work (bases, scripts, CRM)
