Programmer services are required. There's some Excel file. This file conducts a business process - accounting of incoming applications and those responsible for them, procurement schedules, etc. This needs to be either modified to allow blocking, editing or supplementing individual elements and texts to individual users, extending the tools for sorting and filtering according to different conditions, etc. Or offer another solution in return.
