Good day.
We're running a version of RM 2.5.2.
We use RM for both service within the company and for working with individual tasks and projects.
There's a little problem for us. It is expressed as follows. We don’t have a good customer guide in the RM system.
In the settings there are customizable fields where you can enter a list of users or customers (drop-down list).
But with a large number in this field, the system begins to slow down, and also does not work search for several characters.
We need to implement a user directory to work like 1C. That is, we type in several characters and select the user from the drop-down list.
The second setup of automatic registration of applications by mail.
I would like to know if this is possible and what the cost of implementation is.
