The services of a specialist on Bitrix sites are required. The Russian language should be improved and 1. Russian version:

2.2. On the main page, remove the "News" section.

However, it is mandatory to provide for the possibility of deactivation of the English version of the element (the text in Russian and English will not always be simultaneously).
