A one-bedroom apartment design is required. I'm putting a model of an apartment with dimensions. Style - rough loft, facing walls with brick. Color range of walls to choose from: brown/burgundy brick, gray walls, no wallpaper. The wall between the kitchen and the room is demolished (bearing leave). As an option to delineate the room, kitchen, coming from different levels of gender, but not necessarily. The balcony is combined with the kitchen, the balcony is insulated. The battery in the kitchen is not moving anywhere. As an option, build a bar counter over the battery. The bar is mandatory in any case. In the kitchen, a ceiling made of wood and a minimum of kitchen furniture. Pipes on the ceiling in the hallway. A bed (priority above the level - under the bed closet, but not necessarily) and a small sofa somewhere are required. In the bathroom - shower cabin in the floor (only glass walls), toilet, washing (vertical), sink, small cabinet (you can under the sink).
