Experience: 1 year from:
Responsibilities:
• Preparation, placement and updating of vacancies on the Internet (working with work sites, using social networks, professional forums, as well as other effective ways of finding and recruiting staff)
• Search and recruitment
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial interviews with candidates; evaluation of resumes; database maintenance
• Interaction with the heads of departments and directions of the company on recruitment and coordination of applications for recruitment
Staff management:
• Adaptation of new employees, monitoring the passage of the probationary period, conducting the initial introductory course (welcome-training)
• Training and evaluation of staff
• Budgeting and reporting
• Participation in conflict resolution
• Maintaining and strengthening the corporate culture
Staffing:
• Management of personnel records
• Scheduling
• Maintenance of the working time table
• Development and implementation of occupational safety measures, workplace certification (SOUT)
• Management of employees with the status of individual entrepreneurs
Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably psychological or personnel management)
• Experience in a similar position - from 1 year
• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Successful experience of active recruiting ? knowledge of Internet search resources ? knowledge of search and evaluation technologies
• Autonomy, responsibility, and goodwill
• High level of communication, focus on quality results, positive approach (desire and ability to find a solution to a problem of any complexity), proactivity, sincere desire to help
