Social network
simple registration, photos, comments, with the ability to call from the site to the phone (this will be due to the site so you need as much as possible)
and determining users on the map (by gps if the device is equipped with it), the map should be very lively, in terms of having all the possibilities (addresses, the ability to insert any institution, work with user routes)
I think it will be a bit difficult to take any ready-made engine, since there will be about 4 different user groups with significant differences, and the site will be very different from the social network.
