Project description
It is necessary to create 3 trainings for the employees of the Contact Center and transfer to the internal coach of the company:
1. Tomorrow in the line - for beginners who have already completed training, but have not yet entered the line (how to overcome uncertainty, work with employee stress)
2. “First impression” – after probation (3 months) (collection of employee impressions from work, what are the wishes for work, in what direction the CCC sees themselves, motivation for further work...)
3. “Work is fun” after 9-12 months of work. The training is designed to remove the “burnout” of the employee, motivate further productive work.
