Project description
Programmer services are required. We need a program to take into account budgetary obligations limits by Codes of budgetary obligations.
Accounting for GRS and PBS jurisdictions:
- GRSS brings the limits with detail to KOSGU and directions
- further from the GRS limits are distributed by the subordinate PBS
- GRS and PBS account is conducted quarterly, with the ability to move amounts from one quarter to another and from one CBC to another.
- Accounting for funding income to GRS accounts and distribution of these funds to the PBS.
- Accounting for the use of funds received
- Distribution of residues at the CBC by quarters and by year.
Last year I kept such records only for GRSS in 2 tables, developed them on the go. I do not want to build there more PBS, and I am afraid it will be unrealistic.
