Remote work requires a manager of the complaints department.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing incoming requests from customers;
• Execution of outgoing calls;
• Consulting support for claims of clients;
• Collect and enter the necessary information received from the client into the database;
• Support high quality standards of service.
Requirements:
• Good diction;
• Competent speech;
• Ability to express your thoughts clearly;
• Stress resistance;
• Communication skills;
• Execution;
• Professional telephone communication is welcome.
